Scully dreams of becoming a world-class striker for Liverpool FC, like his hero Kenny Dalglish, but is always brought crashing down to earth by the reality of his situation. A dysfunctional family, a train-spotting brother called Henry and an attention-seeking best mate, Mooey all conspire to stop Scully from realising his dream.
