'The Family' chronicles the sardonically humorous and sporadically compelling confrontation between Johnny Tannen, a son of the Nesparosa crime syndicate and a traitor to the family, and Father Florya, designated father of the Nesparosa, who has sniffed Tannen out. Completely unscripted from director Micaiah Beasley, 'The Family' is a chillingly funny and darkly entertaining glimpse of betrayal, disloyalty and the consequences of both.
