Some countries find it difficult to dispose of their trash. In Africa they are experimenting with a hand-crafted procedure, recycling plastic trash into traditional instruments. This documentary chronicles in still photographs the process of indigenous villagers converting the trash in their environment into a traditional djembe, while musician GUEM plays on the completed instrument simultaneously.
