Biography
Born and raised in Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim, Ireland, Paul began acting with Splódar Theatre Company. He then went on to study civil engineering in University College Dublin. During his time in UCD, he became an active member of the drama society, UCD Dramsoc. In 2011, Paul was awarded the Best Actor in a Leading Role award by the Irish Student Drama Association for his portrayal of Dinny in Enda Walsh's "The Walworth Farce". He spent a year training for the screen on The Programme at the Factory under the guidance of Irish filmmakers such as Lance Daly, Kirsten Sheridan and John Carney.
