Biography
D.V. Legittino is a young director from Chicago, Illinois. His passion began when he was young and asked his mother for a video camera so he could create make believe war films with his younger brother and some neighborhood friends. He attended high school at Glenbrook South High School in Glenview, Illinois. He immediately became involved in the school's prestigious film program winning many awards while in attendance. After graduating from Glenbrook South he started college at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas where, as a sophomore, he wrote and directed his first major short film entitled "The Garden Sense". In the Spring of 2016 D.V. transferred to Chicago's Columbia College of Cinematic Arts + Sciences. D.V. has many role models in the film industry but his inspirations include: Paul Thomas Anderson (There Will Be Blood, Boogie Nights, etc.), Quentin Tarantino (Pulp Fiction, Django Unchained, etc.) and Martin Scorsese (Goodfellas, The Wolf of Wall Street, etc.).
